“The Legacy of MLK: Is it Still Just a Dream?” (October 2011)

In honor of the MLK Memorial Dedication, Districtly Speaking debuted its town hall presentation with a town hall discussion on the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech. Panelists discussed the progress of race relations since the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960’s and the significance of Barack Obama’s election.
